Did you know a Salt Room Session can help in reducing those pesky allergy symptoms? Halotherapy or Dry Salt Therapy can not only help reduce your allergy symptoms, but it can also help with sinus issues and respiratory issues. In fact, relaxing in our beautiful Salt Sanctuary can even help you to reduce your stress! Did you know that when you reduce the stress you naturally boost your body’s immune system? When we are stressed the immune system’s ability to fight off antigens is reduced making us more susceptible to infections. Reduce your stress, boost your immune system and stay healthy!
Yes, we are all now aware of the Corona Virus that is now spreading throughout our country! No worries here at Spiritquest! Our Salt Sanctuary is anti-viral and anti-bacterial which makes it the perfect place to come and relax!

Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus OIl is great for allergies, relieving nasal congestion, respiratory issues and reducing stress.
Simply place a drop or two in your favorite hand cream and rub it on your feet and chest area to help you breathe better. You can also add it to your diffuser. My favorite thing to do is to place a drop or two on my shower floor and then step in and take my shower! It is like having an aromatherapy session. You can also add a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil to a cup of salt, mix it with a fork and then add it to your bath! Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!
