We want you to know that Spiritquest is independently owned and operated by me, Psychic Lisa Ann, and my fabulous Massage Therapist husband Kyle!

When you come to Spiritquest we want your experience to be as wonderful as possible so please be sure to read our appointment policy before scheduling your session.

Please be aware that when you schedule your appointment with us you are reserving a block of time. If you arrive/call late we may not be able to accommodate you (as you may now be interfering with the next client’s scheduled experience). In that case, no refund will be issued.

• All clients are seen by appointment only.
• All clients need to pre-pay for their appointments.
• Appointments are non-refundable if 24 hours notice is not given.
• 24 hours notice* is required for appointments to be rescheduled.  If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice your pre-paid amount will go to pay for the appointment time that was reserved for you.  If you wish to rebook, you will need to pre-pay for another appointment.
• No refunds for missed appointments.

We offer Gift Certificates and Gift Cards. Gift Certificates are for a specific service (ie: Massage with Kyle, Salt Sanctuary Sessions, etc). Gift Cards are for a dollar amount.

• Gift Certificates for Phone Sessions with Lisa Ann are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• All other Gift Certificates are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
• Gift Certificates can not be redeemed after the expiration date.
• Gift Certificates for “Services” can not be used for the purchase of products in the store.
• Gift Certificates can only be used for the service listed on the Gift Certificate.
• Gift Certificates and Packages cannot be used for Special Events or be combined with any other discounts or specials.

Please be aware “Gift Certificates” can not be used to purchase products in the retail shop. If you are not sure what service someone would like you may purchase a “Gift Card” for a specific dollar amount. The “Gift Card” can be used toward retail products, services, or classes.

Gift Cards do not expire. They can be used to pay for services, online, or in our physical shop. If you are booking services, please call us and we will be happy to apply your gift card!

• All private/special events need to pay in full at the time they are scheduled.
• Notice of cancellation- we require 7 business days notice of cancellation in order for a full refund to be issued.
• Adjusting number of guests – we require 7 business days notice of any change to the number of guests. We do not issue refunds for guests who are unable to attend on the day of the event.
