After a brief intake and consultation, Kyle customizes each session to the client’s needs. Massage cream or oil is used with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and release adhesion’s within muscle fibers. Kyle combines several different techniques in order to give his clients the best possible experience.

Each cupping session is individually tailored for each client. During a cupping session silicone and/or bio-magnetic cups are gently placed on the client’s skin. Massage cream is applied in order to be able to move the cups around easily. The cups create a vacuum that pulls the toxins out of the tissues and brings them to the surface allowing the body to heal on a much deeper level. While traditionally fire has been used during cupping sessions, during these sessions no fire is used. The silicone/bio-magnetic cups produce optimal results without the fire.

During a Crystal Healing Session, crystals are placed on a table next to you and the energy of each crystal is then channeled to you. Each crystals vibrates at different frequencies (depending on their properties). Crystals are chosen intuitively and specifically based on the needs of the client. The crystals work with the client’s energy field to shift, absorb, direct and focus energy within the body.

Reiki or Energy Healing is a form of alternative medicine. During a Reiki Session, a Reiki practitioners use a technique called hands-on healing. This technique allows the practitioner to transfer universal/healing energy through their palms to the client. This healing energy encourages emotional healing and supports physical healing.
