Please be aware that when you schedule your appointment with us you are reserving a block of time. If you arrive/call late we may not be able to accommodate you (as you may now be interfering with the next client’s scheduled experience). In that case, no refund will be issued.

• All clients are seen by appointment only.
• All clients need to pre-pay for their appointments.
• Appointments are non-refundable if 24 hours notice is not given.
• 24 hours notice* is required for appointments to be rescheduled.  If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice your pre-paid amount will go to pay for the appointment time that was reserved for you.  If you wish to rebook, you will need to pre-pay for another appointment.
• No refunds for missed appointments.

*Private/Special events require notice of cancellation 7 business days before the event.  See below.

• All private/special events need to pay in full at the time they are scheduled.
• Notice of cancellation- we require 7 business days notice of cancellation in order for a full refund to be issued.
• Adjusting number of guests – we require 7 business days notice of any change to the number of guests. We do not issue refunds for guests who are unable to attend on the day of the event.
